SOFIA – HISARYA    day 1

Transfer from Sofia Airport and accommodation at a hotel based on the schedule. Visiting the horse stable and meeting with our horses . Panoramic tour of the town.

HISARYA – BYALO KAMANE   day 2

Preparation and departure from the equestrian centre. Trek in the foothills of the Sredna Gora through the Almalaka reservoir, the village of Matenitsa which is located under Thracian rock piles, the village of Starosel and a Thracian sanctuary. Horse riding a forest to the Byalo Kamane tourist complex.

BYALO KAMANE – SREDNOGORETS CHALET   day 3

Horse riding along forest roads and glades to the Fenera Chalet, from where there is a beautiful view to the north-east toward the Balkan mountains.  The trek continues along the ridge of the Aleksitsa peak (1535 m). We will enjoy an incredible view to the south towards the wide Thracian Plain and to the north towards the Balkan mountains.  We pass through the Chevira Chalet, from where, through coniferous and beech forest, we reach the Srednogorets Chalet – hidden under the Malak Bogdan peak (1517 m)..

SREDNOGORETS CHALET – KOPRIVSHTITSA    day 4

Galloping along expansive pastures on the Shiligarka peak, we pass through the Bogdan peak (1603 m) – the highest peak in Sredna Gora. We will stop at Plachkov Kladenets, the headwaters of the Topolnitsa river. We will then descend along the river’s course the museum town of Koprivshtitsa.

KOPRIVSHTITSA – BUNTOVNA    day 5

We will pass through potato fields, ridges and meadows and through the Kimera area – an ancient Roman bridge and then will climb the Valk peak (1243 m) from where there is majestic panoramic view, and eventually will reach the Buntovna Chalet.

BUNTOVNA CHALET – STAROSEL WINERY    day 6

Through beech and oak forest we descend to the Garvanov Kamak Thracian rock sanctuary. We pass through grape fields and arrive at the Starosel Winery.

STAROSEL WINERY – HISARYA   day 7

Along hilly terrains, we gallop through orchards, vineyards and fields, pastures and reservoirs. We arrive at Hisarya where we spend the night.

HISARYA – SOFIA  day 8

Transfer from Hisarya to Sofia Airport.
